Parker's prayer

I was going through our nighttime routine with both boys tonight when it came time to turn out the lights and pray.  I prayed our usual bedtime prayer, then it was Grant's turn and it usually goes something like this, "Dear God, thank you for.....I love you Lord, Amen." He generally fills in people, places, activities, things, etc.


Well, tonight he was dragging his feet a little when Parker chimed in, "Dear God, thankyoufor Geema's (Grandma's), Kowee (Kori), Gant (Grant), Amen."  I about fell out of the rocking chair, and my heart about exploded, I think there was some dancing in heaven over that one!


Wow Parker, I guess we don't give you enough credit, way to go Bear!  From now on you get to pray your own prayer too!
