I've been working for a few weeks on the idea of Halloween with Grant. Since he has a tremendous fear and dislike of masks, and costumes in general, I thought I had better start early to help him prepare for Halloween. In all of our conversations I think what won him over was the idea of getting candy!
I also asked him what he would like to be for Halloween, he wasn't quite sure. I offered him a number of ideas and he decided he wanted to be a robot?! Fast forward a few weeks, we were in Costco a couple of days ago and there was a bunch of Christmas decor, trees, lights, etc, all neatly displayed and Grant looked at me and said, "Mom, I want to be a reindeer for Halloween!" Funny boy! He may be the only reindeer walking our streets looking for candy this October!
